EnrichMind Academy Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted by EnrichMind Academy. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the financial stability of our programs.

2. General Policy

Refunds may be issued under specific conditions as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@enrichmind.ca.

 

3. Program Fees

* Before Program Start:

    * Full Refund: A full refund of program fees, minus a processing fee of $50, will be issued if the request is made at least 14 days before the program start date.

    * Partial Refund: A 50% refund of tuition fees will be issued if the request is made between 7 and 13 days before the program start date.

    * No Refund: No refunds will be issued if the request is made less than 7 days before the program start date. However, A 50% credit will be issued.

* After Program Start:

    * No Refund: Tuition fees are non-refundable once the program has started, except in cases of extenuating circumstances (see Section 4).

 

4. Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of severe illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances, a partial or full refund may be granted at the discretion of EnrichMind Academy’s administration. Documentation（doctor note） is required.
