AI, Coding, and LEGO Robotics Programs
Welcome to the AI, Coding, and LEGO Robotics Program at EnrichMind Academy! Our innovative program combines the fascinating fields of artificial intelligence (AI), computer coding, and LEGO robotics to provide students with a comprehensive STEM learning experience. Through hands-on projects, interactive lessons, and collaborative challenges, students explore the principles of AI, develop coding skills, and apply their knowledge to design and program LEGO robots capable of autonomous behavior and intelligent decision-making.
Foundations of AI: Students embark on a journey into the world of artificial intelligence, learning about machine learning, neural networks, computer vision, and natural language processing. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, students gain insight into how AI technologies are transforming industries and shaping our future.
Coding Proficiency: Our program emphasizes the development of coding proficiency in languages such as Python, as well as programming environments specific to LEGO robotics, such as LEGO Wedo or Spike. Students learn essential coding concepts and techniques, empowering them to program robots to perform a variety of tasks.
LEGO Robotics Engineering: Using LEGO Education sets and intuitive programming software, students design, build, and program LEGO robots to navigate mazes, complete challenges, and interact with their environment. Through experimentation and iteration, students hone their engineering skills and develop creative solutions to real-world problems.
Project-Based Learning: Students engage in project-based learning experiences that immerse them in real-world robotics challenges. Whether designing a robot to assist with household chores or programming a robot to compete in a LEGO robotics competition, students apply their AI and coding skills to create innovative solutions.
FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Preparation: Our program prepares students to participate in the FIRST LEGO League competition, an international robotics competition that challenges teams to design, build, and program LEGO robots to complete specific missions on a thematic playing field. Students learn about the competition rules, scoring criteria, and strategies for success in FLL competitions.
